Is security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is held upon delivery of the car, which is returned after the car is returned if there are no damages and all rules have been followed. The security deposit must be provided in cash.
Can I pick up the car at Riga Airport?
Yes, the car can be picked up at Riga Airport, Riga or Jelgava, by prior arrangement of the time and place.
What is the maximum mileage per day?
The maximum mileage is 250 km per day. For each additional kilometer, a fee of 0.10 EUR/km is applied.
Can I travel outside Latvia?
Yes, but prior written permission is required.
Is smoking allowed in the car?
No, smoking in the car is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 50 EUR.
Can I return the car dirty?
The car must be returned in a clean condition (both interior and exterior). If this is not done, an additional fee of 25 EUR will be applied.
How is payment for car rental made?
The rental fee must be paid before receiving the car – in cash or by transfer according to the invoice.
